We own all our own property, which gives us a unique perspective on the industry. While most property management companies are renting out the properties of other owners, distancing them from the care and TLC needed to make a property run smoothly and last over the long term, there is no such distance at Service First Property Management.

Our ownership means we care as much about the units our tenants live in as they do. Only by responding quickly to concerns and fixing problems right away do we protect our rentals over the long haul, so we have motivation to do so beyond good relationships with our renters.
